KAZENA Books
AI accounting that runs your books for you
KAZENA Books reads your receipts, invoices, and bank statements with AI and turns them into accurate journal entries, financial statements, and tax totals — built for businesses in Indonesia and the Philippines, in three languages.
You don't need to be good at accounting. You just need to understand your business.
Before KAZENA
Sales are busy, so where's the money?
Transactions come in every day: cash, bank transfers, QR payments, marketplaces, even personal accounts.
The records are everywhere. Some in a notebook, some in WhatsApp, some in a spreadsheet, the rest only in your head. If you forget, it's as if it never happened.
And then business money gets mixed with personal money.
So the same questions keep coming back, the ones you only ask yourself:
- ?How much profit did I actually make this month?
- ?How much business money is left?
- ?Why do I keep selling, but the money doesn't grow?
With KAZENA Books
Your income and expenses live in one place, and those three questions are answered on one dashboard:
1Net Profit
This month's profit: sales minus expenses, compared with last month.
2Cash Balance
The business money you have now: cash and bank in one number.
3Sales, Expenses & Unpaid Invoices
Why the money isn't growing: monthly sales and expenses side by side, and the invoices customers haven't paid yet.
Because a healthy business isn't only about how much you sell. It's about knowing where the money goes.
Simple to use. Complete in one dashboard.
Finances, transactions, customers and invoices in one place, without switching between apps. On the Compliance plan, tax and employee administration are there too. Because managing money doesn't have to be complicated.
- 1
Record
Snap receipts and purchase invoices; AI reads them and drafts the journal entries. Sales are recorded through invoices.
- 2
Organize
Every transaction has a status: draft, approved or rejected. You review and approve.
- 3
Understand
One dashboard: Cash Balance, Sales, Expenses, Net Profit, unpaid invoices and top customers, compared with last month.
- 4
Take action
The Needs Attention box shows what isn't done yet: pending journals, rejected expenses and bank records not yet registered. Overdue invoices are marked in red.
When you know your numbers, you know your business.
AI suggests. You stay in control.
AI results are always drafts until a person approves them, and you can change every figure. KAZENA Books does not give tax advice — your accountant still checks the tax figures.

Automatic journal entries from AI
Upload a receipt, invoice, or bank-statement CSV and AI reads it with OCR, proposing the account, amount, and tax — you just review and approve.
Complete books & statements
Trial balance, P/L, balance sheet, and general ledger are generated automatically and export to CSV or PDF anytime.
Tax & payroll, localized
VAT and withholding (PH EWT / ID PPh23) and payroll deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, BPJS, PPh21) are calculated for you.
Invoicing, AR/AP & teams
Create invoices and quotes with AI, track receivables and payables, and collaborate with your team in one place.
Compliance plan: authority reports, filing-ready
The Compliance plan builds the filings regulators require straight from your books — Indonesia: CORETAX, LKPM & WLKP; Philippines: BIR & SEC-ready statements — right up to submission, so your accountant just reviews, signs and files. Rolling out now, with more forms coming.

Cash went up but the month was in the red — why that happens
A month can be in the black while the wallet gets lighter, and cash can go up in a month that was in the red. Neither is an arithmetic mistake. I write down the 3 things that pull profit and cash apart — selling on credit, lump-sum payments and stock — and the month I misread in my own company.

Was last month profitable? Find out with 1 subtraction a month
Your body remembers whether a month was busy, but whether it earned anything is a different question. I write down how to check the black or the red once a month without using accounting words, and the mistake I made in treating a month of higher sales as a good month.

Keep the shop's money somewhere other than your own wallet
When your own money and the shop's money sit in the same place, you lose the ability to tell whether the business is earning anything. I write down how to separate them, how to record what you paid out of your own pocket, and the mistake I left too long myself.
