This policy covers the Site at www.kazena.company only.
Our products (such as KAZENA Books and KAZENA Order) are separate applications with their own terms and privacy notices. Using those products is governed by the policies presented within them, not by this page.

We keep data collection to a minimum. We collect:
- Contact form data — when you send an enquiry, the name, email address, subject and message you provide, plus the interface language you used.
- Technical data — standard server information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, recorded in hosting logs for security and reliability.
- Functional cookie — a single cookie (kz_lang) that remembers your chosen language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not include such information in the contact form.

- Vercel — website hosting and delivery;
- Resend — sending the enquiry to our inbox and the acknowledgement email to you;
- Cloudflare — bot and spam protection for the contact form, where enabled.
These providers process data only on our instructions and for the purposes above.
8. International transfers
Our providers may process data on servers outside Indonesia. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with applicable data protection law.
