PT KAZENA GLOBAL BUSINESS is a foreign investment company (PMA) incorporated in the Republic of Indonesia. We operate this corporate website to present our company and products.

This policy covers the Site at www.kazena.company only.

Our products (such as KAZENA Books and KAZENA Order) are separate applications with their own terms and privacy notices. Using those products is governed by the policies presented within them, not by this page.

We keep data collection to a minimum. We collect:

• Contact form data — when you send an enquiry, the name, email address, subject and message you provide, plus the interface language you used.
• Technical data — standard server information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, recorded in hosting logs for security and reliability.
• Functional cookie — a single cookie (kz_lang) that remembers your chosen language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not include such information in the contact form.

• to receive, respond to and follow up on your enquiry;
• to operate, secure and improve the Site, including preventing spam and abuse;
• to comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Where required by the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) or other applicable law, we process your data on the basis of your consent (which you give by submitting the contact form) and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site.

The Site uses one functional cookie, kz_lang, to store your language preference so the site opens in the right language on your next visit. It contains no personal identifier and is not used for tracking or advertising.

You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; the Site will simply detect your language again on your next visit.

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the Site and respond to you:

• Vercel — website hosting and delivery;
• Resend — sending the enquiry to our inbox and the acknowledgement email to you;
• Upstash — storing KAZENA Motion launch-update registrations, and counters used to limit abuse of our forms;
• Cloudflare — bot and spam protection for the contact form, where enabled.

These providers process data only on our instructions and for the purposes above.

KAZENA Motion (our motion-video service) is not yet open for orders. If you register for launch updates on the KAZENA Motion page, we collect the name, email address and country you provide and — only if you choose to give them — your company, industry, the plan you are interested in and what you would use a video for. We also record that you agreed to this policy, with the date and time, and whether you asked to be told when ordering opens.

• Purpose: to reply to you, to tell you when KAZENA Motion opens for orders (only if you asked), and to understand demand so we can shape the first packages. A registration is not an order or a contract.
• Storage: in a database operated for us by Upstash, under a key derived from your email address, and in a notification email to our inbox.
• Retention: two (2) years from your latest registration. The database record is then deleted automatically, and we also delete the matching notification emails. Registering again with the same email address updates your record and restarts this period.
• Withdrawal: you can stop launch updates or ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing support@kazena.company.

Our providers may process data on servers outside Indonesia. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with applicable data protection law.

We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then delete or anonymise them. Security logs are kept only for a limited period.

Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, or withdraw a consent you have given.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@kazena.company. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and anti-abuse safeguards — to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

The Site links to external sites, including our product pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites; please review their own policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the “Last updated” date above reflecting the latest change.
